Here’s a confession: I don’t love cardio. I have to be in the mood…which if I were to lead my life by my moods it would be a rollercoaster!
When I saw cardio on the schedule today, I was like 💩🤦♀️
Maybe it’s from my past negative experiences… all those hours I spent on the treadmill, stationary bike or stair stepper. 😳 Whatever it is, if I think too hard about it, I don’t love it.
I’d rather lift weights.
However, I know the cardio is good for me. And I have learned to love my efficient workouts. There’s just something about the fact they are only 30 minutes. When I’m not in the mood, I always tell myself “I can do anything for 30 mins!”.
I mean heck, if I can scroll social media and lose an hour of my life, I can spend 30 minutes working out!
The key is just get started.
