Do you ever wake up with your mind racing? 😳😬🤪
I did! Between the ever-shifting-demands of work, kids going back to school (and all that means), and just life in general, I woke up with ALL THE THOUGHTS this morning! 🎢
So what do I do when that happens? I head straight to my workout.
I find when I move my body physically, it helps me mentally and emotionally. In other words, I often find things work out in my mind during that physical exertion. And if it doesn’t, I at least feel better equipped to figure it out after my workout.
My nervous energy has to go somewhere and my 30-minute workout is where it goes! It calms my mind and soul.
Next thing I did, I logged into the Online Wellness Group I run. I instantly saw another member posted… she woke up with a lot on her mind too and took the stress to her workout!
My wellness community is amazing! I seriously love the community I have in my wellness group. The support and encouragement is just incredible.
And the authenticity! 💕
Being around real and authentic people is my jam! Plus the support here is so powerful. I saw other members were already commenting on her post; giving her love and support!
